Located in Rovaniemi, in the heart of Finnish Lapland, our husky kennel is dedicated to preserving and celebrating the traditional Arctic dog breeds and the authentic spirit of sled dog culture.
For us, huskies are much more than working dogs. They are an essential part of the Arctic way of life — strong, intelligent, energetic, and deeply connected to the northern wilderness. We are passionate about sharing their unique character, history, and natural way of working with people from around the world.
Surrounded by the forests and landscapes of Finnish Lapland, we offer an authentic opportunity to experience these remarkable dogs up close and discover the traditions and values behind sled dog culture. Our goal is to create meaningful experiences that bring people closer to the dogs, nature, and the true spirit of the Arctic.
Our permanent staff has over 20 years of experience with sled dogs. This kennel is built on genuine passion, deep knowledge, and respect for working dogs — values that guide everything we do, every single day.
Every Dog Is an Individual
Our dogs are cared for as individuals, each with a name, personality, strengths, and unique traits. Those who care for them know them well, building relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding. We pay attention to their individual needs and personalities, allowing us to give each dog the care, attention, and companionship they deserve. They are valued members of our pack, and we take pride in knowing, understanding, and caring for every dog throughout its life.
After years of dedicated work, our veteran dogs are given a well-deserved retirement in a peaceful home environment. Their working days may come to an end, but their place in our family never does.
A Natural Home in Lapland
We believe a comfortable living environment is an essential part of a dog’s wellbeing. Our kennels are built mainly from high-quality wood, creating a calm, private, and natural space for our dogs. Each dog has a spacious outdoor area, an insulated doghouse, and warm, comfortable bedding, allowing them to rest, relax, and enjoy their surroundings throughout the year.
Our farm is also home to Lapponian Dogs, Finland’s traditional reindeer herding dogs. Friendly, intelligent, and deeply connected to northern culture, they offer our guests an authentic glimpse into Finnish Lapland’s heritage and its close connection with nature.
